SWOT means Strength,Weakness,Opportunity and Strength
Strength
1. Its easy access, Its based on an ideology of provide and get help mutually.
2. The founder is selfless and he is a man that hate deceit.
3. MMM operates in over 120 countries and aims at creating a universal financial freedom.
4.its ideology is based on the participants donating to other participant in need.
5. Weekly and continuous training and recruitment of guiders.
6. It strongly advice participant to donate spare money only
Weakness
1. No guarantee for any loss of money.
2. Some participants are not computer literate.
3. Long hours of issue solving by the support team.
4. Poor communication between guiders and other participants.
5. No customer care office where participant can lodge complaints
6. Upload of fake pop and delay in it analysis.
Opportunities.
1. It gives extra income for the masses.
2. Accepts donations even from low income earners and hence encourages poverty reduction.
3. Creates employments for both learned and unlearned individual.
4. Creates fair and worthy financial system in the world.
5. Creates adequate trust among the participants.
6. Reduces the gap between the rich and the poor

1. Dishonesty and insincerity among participants.
2. Greed and selfishness of some participants.
